2.  When you find a Builder to hire or you are looking for one, we represent Buyers exclusively.  We are here to get you the best price and terms through our negotiations.

3.  We personally review all Builder contracts before we place an offer to highlight area of concern!  When applicable we will negotiate with the Builder any changes to the contract, if it is to your benefit.

4.  An on-site Agent is paid additional commission when you buy extra upgrades. We are not! The question is, Who do you want guiding you?

5.  We can introduce you to several reliable (and independent) sources for mortgages. The on-site sales person is motivated to steer your mortgage to the Builder’s preferred mortgage lender.

6.  We strongly recommend Buyers have an opportunity to inspect the property during the several phases of construction and completion.  We can put you in touch with qualified inspectors who can assist you.

7.  We are present at final walk through to insure our clients are not ‘rushed’ through the final walk through process.

8. We save our clients valuable time by being familiar with New Home communities and the various options offered by the Builders in those areas.
