I’m Still Here….

Well, shame on me!  I look at my little calendar in the right hand sidebar and see that I haven’t posted anything since the 8th of January!  I cannot let that happen again.  I’m sorry for the void you must have felt not seeing something new coming to you from LTTC (Last Train To Clarksville).

Are You Saying…I Need To Lose Weight?

October of 2007, a little over a year ago, my family and I went to Hawaii for a 10 day vacation.  I was overweight and knew that this would be my turning point to lose the weight. I wasn’t happy with myself and I was getting bigger every month that went by.

Clarksville, TN Ranked 2nd In Nation As Safe Haven!

Well, Real Estate has had a tough year through out the Nation but in certain areas the damage has been minimal – if nonexistent according to Kiplinger.com! They found 6 six cities with slow, steady growth, using data from Fiserv Lending Solutions, a home-priced research company.  These cities’ local economies have kept unemployment and foreclosure rates below average!  Plus, their affordability index – a measure of home prices versus family income – is low!  Here is what they had to say about Clarksville, TN and how we ranked 2nd on their list!
