Residential Market Update | Clarksville, TN

It’s about that time again. I like to do a Market update for those of you who are interested in what Clarksville, TN is doing with it’s inventory for closed transactions.

For the year of 2008 in closed residential sales:

• March – 204 properties
• April – 238 properties
• May 1 thru May 26th – 183

For the year 2009 in closed residential sales:

• March – 271
• April – 284
• May 1 thru May 26th – 217

We are doing very well this year as you can tell by the graph, once the numbers from above have been added.

Right now we have 1917 homes on the market for sale.  Some of our Military are getting ready to PCS and we have the months of June and July, which are some of our bigger months for sales, coming.
