Our Economy Is Thriving Again!

Valentine’s Day was a special day for my husband and I. We are both Reatlors and had floor duty together. I thought it would be a quiet day for us to spend together but it turned out to be anything but quiet!
At Exit Realty Clarksville, we are in a prime location to help anyone looking for a rental or home. We are located off of Trenton Road next to the Sonic, off of Exit 1.
As we arrived for floor duty around 9:00 a.m. we thought the sky looked like it was going to rain and thought it would be a day to get work accomplished with organizing files and catching up with customers who are looking to purchase or rent from our website, Last Train To Clarksville. I always had the feeling, starting in November of last year, that this year was going to be one of the best years for Real Estate. I believe we started bouncing back full swing on Valentine’s Day. At least, for our Team.
Around 10:00 a.m. I invited a new agent that has come aboard, Jenna Eaton, to come to the office so that I could help her with any files, information for buyers, etc… to help jump start her career. She hadn’t been in the office more than 20 minutes and then it seemed as if the gate had been open!
Yesterday from 10 – 12:00, my husband and I pre-qualified 5 couples through Amanda Dusenberry, who is with Anchor Mortgage and can be found, here on my site. Last night we produced a contract! While Art was out showing homes to one, I had a couple in 1 office, another in the conference room and another at our front desk, while a renter was waiting to be pre-qualified.
At first, I felt overwhelmed by the rush but immediately took charge. My broker happened to come in and I asked her if she wouldn’t mind showing the renter some homes on our MLS. She was wonderful! After they looked, she invited them to eat at her Pizza restaurant, Gatti’s Pizza, next door while I called in one of the Real Estate agents on my Team and she took the couple to view homes after they ate. I scheduled the other 3, back to back.
Here in Clarksville, TN we are bouncing back!
What a wonderful gift, huh. “Honey, Happy Valentine’s Day!” So, how about Presidents Day?
We have a special that just might be for you! Get into the home you want, no money down and bring as low as $17 to the closing table! Last night I negotiated a deal for my clients to get into their home, no money down and bringing $0 to the table! That is what having a professional Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer can do for you.
If you are interested in purchasing a home or renting, please give us a call at 931.206.2156 or email us.
If you would like to just call Amanda and see what your payments would be, she can be reached at 931.980.3999 (cell).
Don’t let the fear of the economy, what the national news is saying (even the local Nashville news, since they aren’t a market like Clarksville), keep you from achieving the goal of home ownership!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thea,
I am so happy to hear about the activity on Valentine’s Day! I too feel like the market is picking up, all over TN and KY. I travel the state training and meeting with brokers, owners, and agents and I am hearing that showings are increasing and buyers are ready to take advantage of the low interest rates.
