• We will help you with getting qualified to find the number you want to stay around in looking for a home.  This is the important part that must be done so our search isn’t wasted. We need to get you in touch with a Lender that will help you figure out what amount in payments you would be more comfortable with.  Once you have that number, we will be able to search in the right price range.  If you do not do this step first, then we search blindly, not knowing what payments you will be comfortable with, then you might find something you really like that might not be what you are wanting to pay and it will be hard to look at something less.  So it is best to go ahead and get qualified, which won’t hurt your credit.  It isn’t like applying for a credit card.
